Property registration1 system is under a test run. All provincial2 level regions, 331 prefecture-level cities and 98 percent of counties have finished the unified3 property registration and integration4 of related organizations. The rest 2 percent counties are in Southwest China's Tibet autonomous5 region and are allowed to do such work according to their own condition.
Jiang said that he hopes the unified property registration will be further pushed forward in the grass-roots level and the information system will have a role to play in 2017.
不动产统一登记规范正在试运行。省一级和331个地市已经整理完毕，98%的县已全部整理完毕，剩下的2%在西藏，将依据西藏的特殊状况进行整理工作。

Yin said the online guideline for when people of different ages should retire is fake, and the central government will take much slower, gradual steps in extending the retirement6 age, and will inform the public in advance. The draft plan to gradually defer7 the retirement age is expected to be released this year, and we will solicit8 public opinions.
尹蔚民表示，网上流传的针对不同群体的延迟退休时间表系误读。中央政府拟定延迟退休策略将会小步慢走、渐进到位，而且会提前公示、预先预告。延迟退休策略今年会先推出向社会征求建议，健全后再正式推出。
